    Q : Qu'est-ce que la servicisation et pourquoi est-elle décisive pour les industriels ?

    R : La servicisation transforme une entreprise centrée sur le produit en une entreprise qui crée de la valeur par les services et les résultats. Pour un industriel, cela signifie passer de la vente d'équipements à la vente des résultats que ces équipements produisent : disponibilité, débit ou garanties de performance. C'est décisif parce que les modèles orientés services génèrent des revenus récurrents, soutiennent des valorisations plus élevées (souvent des multiples 2 à 5 fois supérieurs) et créent des relations clients bien plus durables.

    Q : Quelle différence entre l'Equipment-as-a-Service et une location classique ?

    R : Une location classique est un mécanisme de financement : le client conserve le risque opérationnel. L'Equipment-as-a-Service regroupe l'actif, la maintenance, la supervision, les garanties de performance et souvent les consommables dans un abonnement unique. L'OEM reste propriétaire et responsable de la performance, ce qui crée une véritable relation de service plutôt qu'un simple plan de paiement.

    Q : Combien de temps faut-il pour lancer un modèle As-a-Service ?

    R : Avec un accompagnement structuré, les industriels passent généralement du concept au premier contrat signé en 3 à 6 mois. Le parcours complet, du pilote au portefeuille déployé, prend 12 à 24 mois. P2S accélère cette trajectoire avec des cadres éprouvés issus de plus de 500 cas analysés, soit une mise sur le marché 3 fois plus rapide que pour les entreprises qui avancent seules.

    Q : Quels secteurs adoptent les modèles As-a-Service ?

    R : L'adoption s'accélère dans de nombreux secteurs industriels : CVC et systèmes du bâtiment, stockage d'énergie, automatisation industrielle, emballage et impression, outillage de chantier, dispositifs médicaux, manutention, machines-outils et bien d'autres. P2S a analysé plus de 500 cas dans plus de 12 sous-secteurs.
