The P2S PaaS Club: a private peer community for industrial leaders.

A confidential peer group for senior leaders at industrial firms actively building recurring-revenue and As-a-Service models.

No vendors. No consultants pitching. No theory. Practitioners only - sharing what actually works, in confidence.

ConfidentialChatham House RuleSigned NDAPractitioners only - no vendor seats

Built for one type of leader.

    You're a fit if:

    • You hold a commercial, strategy or innovation role at an industrial OEM or solution provider
    • You are actively designing, piloting or scaling a recurring-revenue or As-a-Service offer
    • You want honest peer input
    • You can commit to Chatham House confidentiality

This is not for you if:

    • You are a vendor, software provider or consultant looking for leads
    • You are at the research or 'exploring' stage - this group is for active practitioners
    • You represent a direct competitor of another current member (we organise several cohorts to avoid this)

    Peer Benchmarking

Break down real-world cases with curated, non-competitive peer groups. Compare subscription gross margins and transformation velocity in a safe environment.

    Practitioner-Led Deep Dives

Forget the theory. We tackle the 'unsexy' blockers: SPV structures, risk-gated contracts, and usage-based billing telemetry.

    The Knowledge Vault

Access a private repository of session takeaways, M&V standards, and a high-calibre network of practitioners.

    How it works

    1

    Apply

Submit a short application. We review your profile and current As-a-Service stage to assess fit and ensure no competitor overlap in the cohort.

    2

    Onboarding call

A 30-minute call with P2S to understand your priorities, your model's current state, and what you most want to get from the group.

    3

    Join your cohort

You're placed in a cohort of 8-10 non-competing practitioners at a similar stage. Cohort composition is reviewed each cycle.

    4

    Participate in quarterly sessions

Online sessions (90 min) plus one annual in-person day. Each session tackles one real blocker brought by a member. You leave with pressure-tested patterns, not slide decks.

"Finally a space where I can talk openly about the real challenges of building a subscription model - without worrying about competitors or vendors listening in."
